Privacy Policy

Data controller

The data controller is the owner of this website. The activity is carried out as a private individual, not as a business, from Slovakia.

What is personal data

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This policy is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Slovak Personal Data Protection Act (Act No. 18/2018) and explains how I handle your data.

What data I process

I do not ask for health information when you book. Your name and email address are needed so that I can record the appointment.

Consultation notes and confidentiality

I write short digital notes on the topics discussed in our meetings. I treat them confidentially and store them in encrypted form on my computer for up to one year.

For my professional development (e.g. supervision, further training) I share consultation topics with third parties only in anonymised form, without personal data. If you share information about your health during a consultation, I process it only with your consent.

Who receives your data

I do not share your data with any other third party unless required by law.

Cookies and website

This website uses Google Analytics for analytics purposes, only with your consent. You can accept in the window shown on your first visit, or choose “Necessary only” and change your decision at any time via the “Cookie settings” link. Without consent, no analytics cookies are placed in your browser. Google Analytics collects aggregate visit data (e.g. how many visitors view the site and which pages). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The website loads its fonts from its own server. Booking takes place on Google’s page, where Google may use its own cookies; you can read about this in Google’s privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right to:

Send your request by replying to your booking confirmation email; I will reply within one month.

Complaints and remedies

If you believe that the processing of your data infringes your rights, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or go to court.

Case studies

The case studies on this website are anonymised and have been published only with the explicit consent of the people involved.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page. Last updated: 2 November 2026.
